Making Progress

Learning Abroad

The trouble with this country (England) is its unpredictable weather. You will find the ideal wind conditions will only be on a work day, or your six o'clock start results in a floating statue memorial to all die hard windsurfers. Worst still an unplanned Sunday family visit brings with them a nice constant force 5 that teases and beckons you towards the window, through which you can see the trees sway and clouds rolling past, you sit and stare at this invisible entity, while sipping your cold tea, nodding agreeably to the constant muffled groans until you break down into a pathetic, whimpering, miserable... err, well you can see what I mean - british weather sucks!

Alternatively...
spend a fortnight in the Canaries, Turkey or Greece for instance. Here you could combine your annual vacation with specialist windsurfing instruction. There are tour operators who specialise in this, and personally I can't think of a better way to learn or to improve, not that I know from experience of course, but next year, yeah, next year!
